Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
I decided to start my journey at Vantage Bank due to a referral from a friend of mine who was working here. My friend told me about the great company environment and benefits that the company offered. Sharyland Express Branch used to be open Saturday and Sunday, this also facilitated me with a flexible schedule for my in-person college courses during the week.
How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?
My role as a Banking Center Manager is to make sure that our customers are set up with adequate products for their financial service’s needs. I also oversee the operations of the branch to make sure business activities comply with regulations. I utilize leadership to promote Vantage Bank culture and core values within my team and to provide excellent customer service.
