Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
I decided to become part of the Vantage Bank organization because I had a friend that used to work here, and she would always talk highly about the bank and the working environment and let us not forget the benefits.
How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?
My role in our organization is to profile customers and help them with their banking needs and make them feel confident that this is the bank they need to bank with. I enjoy my role within my community by volunteering in different outside activities with different local organizations.
What do you love most about working at Vantage and/or your job?
What I love the most about working here at Vantage Bank is being able to help my coworkers and seeing the customers that I help walking out of here with a great smile.
What would you tell someone who was considering joining the Vantage team?
If someone would ask me how it is to work here, I would tell them this is the bank to work for, and hopefully, when they see how long I’ve been here that would make them realize the excellent working environment the bank has to offer.
