How do I enroll and use Zelle®?

To enroll, log in to online banking or our mobile app and select Send Money with Zelle®. Accept terms, choose your U.S. mobile number or email and deposit account, verify with a one‑time code, and you’re ready to send or receive.

Can I cancel a Zelle® payment?

You can cancel only if the recipient hasn’t enrolled. Check your activity and select Cancel This Payment. Once a recipient is enrolled, transfers are sent directly to their bank account and can’t be canceled.

Are there any fees to use Zelle®?

Vantage Bank doesn’t charge fees to send or receive with Zelle®. There is a fee to cancel a pending Zelle® payment. If a recipient doesn’t enroll within 14 days, the payment expires and funds return to your account. Carrier rates may apply.

How do I get or replace a debit card?

A debit card can be issued instantly at any branch during business hours or sent by standard mail. Replacement/reprint fee: $7.

What personal credit cards do you offer?

We offer Preferred Points (earn points that can be redeemed, low intro rates) and Low Rate (our lowest APR after intro) cards. Both feature EMV chip security, no annual fees, and fraud protection.
