How do I enroll and use Zelle®?
To enroll, log in to online banking or our mobile app and select Send Money with Zelle®. Accept terms, choose your U.S. mobile number or email and deposit account, verify with a one‑time code, and you’re ready to send or receive.
Can I cancel a Zelle® payment?
You can cancel only if the recipient hasn’t enrolled. Check your activity and select Cancel This Payment. Once a recipient is enrolled, transfers are sent directly to their bank account and can’t be canceled.
Are there any fees to use Zelle®?
Vantage Bank doesn’t charge fees to send or receive with Zelle®. There is a fee to cancel a pending Zelle® payment. If a recipient doesn’t enroll within 14 days, the payment expires and funds return to your account. Carrier rates may apply.
How do I get or replace a debit card?
A debit card can be issued instantly at any branch during business hours or sent by standard mail. Replacement/reprint fee: $7.
