Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
I decided to work at Vantage because I want to enjoy coming to work every day. The culture at Vantage is friendly and collaborative with all employees working toward the same goals. There is so much opportunity at Vantage and people who genuinely care about my growth and professional development! I knew that I would be a valued team member here.

 

How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?
I act as a liaison in the DFW Market for several departments to make sure that we get things done and are able to better serve our customers and community.

 

What do you love most about working at Vantage and/or your job?

What would you tell someone who was considering joining the Vantage team?
When we say we have a great culture here, we really mean it. Creating and maintaining a culture of teamwork, respect, problem solving and collaboration is genuinely a top priority for the Bank.
