A Message to our Customers About COVID-19 (Coronavirus)


At Vantage Bank Texas, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is always our priority. Like you, we are monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19. While recent events are unprecedented in modern history, we want to assure you that we have an emergency preparedness plan that will enable us to meet your financial needs without interruption. The following are some of the steps we have taken thus far:

  1. Effective Friday, March 20th, our branches have been open by appointment only during regular business hours. Customers may make an appointment with their local branch by calling the branch directly. For a list of our branch locations and hours, please visit our Find a Location page. Our drive thru windows remain open during our normal, full hours. Customers can continue to transact at the branch drive thru lanes.
  2. Our corporate headquarters and lending offices are seeing customers by appointment only and most of those meetings are being held remotely. Please call 956-664-8400 to contact a specific banker.
  3. We encourage you to use Vantage Bank’s digital tools for self-service banking. Access your accounts 24/7, view transactions, check balances, pay bills, deposit checks and make payments through Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking. If you have not enrolled in online access, the enrollment process will only take a few minutes of your time. Enroll now.
  4. Our Call Center (1-866-580-7262) remains open and our Service Associates are prepared to answer any questions you may have about your accounts and enrolling in online and mobile banking.

Economic Impact Payment (EIP) Prepaid Debit Cards


Starting the week of May 18th, approximately 4 million eligible recipients of Economic Impact Payments (EIP) will receive an EIP Card in the mail. The EIP Card is a Treasury-sponsored, VISA-branded, prepaid debit card that provides a safe, convenient and secure way for EIP recipients to access their Economic Impact Payments without having to go to a bank or credit union to cash a check.
