Analyze core system data, online banking data and website data. Create reports and recommended actions for improvements to key performance indicators in marketing, customer experience and online delivery systems. Build and modify content on the bank’s website. Execute marketing campaigns on the bank’s online banking platforms. Provide support to all digital components of the customer experience as needed.


The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

  1. Analyze customer and account-based trends, demographics, customer profiles and other data points as directed.
  2. Create and share reports with analysis and recommendations for improvement to key performance indicators.
  3. Develop new content on the bank’s website.
  4. Modify existing content on the website, as needed.
  5. Execute the personalization of the website experience.
  6. Track website key performance indicators and make recommendations for website optimization.
  7. Execute marketing initiatives, such as event-triggered offerings, on the bank’s online banking platforms through C/X Manager tool.
  8. Execute event-triggered customer survey delivery.

  • Minimum of 2 years of data gathering and reporting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of website content management and digital marketing execution.
  • Background in website optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Employ creative and innovative thoughts in everyday responsibilities.
  • Able to work on different projects at once (multi-tasking).
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred bachelor or master's degree level of knowledge in related field or the equivalent training and/or experience.
