My role is to lead our team to loan closing, smoothly and on time. And, to continue to be there for our customers long after their loan closes. It takes an army! My bench support includes in-house Processing, Operations and Closing Management with all hands on deck so we may keep our customers in the know every step of the way. With our wide array of available loans: government, land, construction, portfolio and foreign national, I will put my creative hat on to find the best loan to fit our customers' needs.
Nearly 24 years since graduating from college and I stumbled into the Mortgage Lending Officer role from the start. My experiences have taken me around the great state of Texas which has awarded me valuable insight in the local area markets such as Austin, El Paso, the Coastal Bend, down to the Rio Grande Valley, and back home to San Antonio.
It's exciting to be party of the San Antonio Vantage Legacy group where my fellow Bankers are a staple in the community. Being local is a benefit for our local buyers who are grateful for the assistance the Bank and I can offer in personal service.
While a country girl at heart, I love my big city Spurs and Cowboys.
My wide range of experiences include: VA, FHA, construction, lot/land, foreign national, and in-house portfolio loans for out of the box financing.
